Do you charge extra for delivery?

Here at MJA WOODS all our delivery services are free without any additional cost to the mainland of the uk such as  England and Wales.

How long will delivery take?

When choosing an option on a product like "just delivery" your waiting time will be approximately 10 days from when payment is received. You'll also receive a date of when delivery is on the way and when it will arrive.

When choosing an option on a product like "installation" your waiting time will be approximately 3 to 4 weeks from when payment is received. You'll also receive a date of when delivery is on the way and when it will arrive with how long our installation will take.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Right after you have ordered one of our garden products you'll receive a conformation of the approved purchase. One  of our sale team members  may be in touch to confirm all order details.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

When you have made a purchase with us through our website you'll receive an immediate invoice for your order and payment confirmation.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

When the order payment is taken of my bank account?

When you have selected the right Garden structure or product for you, you'll be able to move on to our checkout where you will have to fill out your information. After you click order the payment will be taken straight away and you'll receive an invoice within minutes after.

What is wishlist?

Wishlist is our way for you to save certain garden products for the future without needing to look for them in the shop. To find the Wishlist log into your account and click dashboard. After you'll find the Wishlist.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

If by any circumstances you receive a wrong or damaged product call us immediately and inform one of our sale members which then will help you resolve the situation.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes you would be able to change the product if you have bought the wrong size or design only up to one day after purchase otherwise changing is not possible.Depending on the situation you may need to pay a charge for upgrading or downgrading the size or design. 

When you have placed an order with us you can cancel the order but no refund will be given.
